How much does it cost?
The cost varies according to the vacancy and type of recruitment strategy required. For contingent recruitment, payment is due on the new employees start date. Our Executive Search team operates on retainer basis.

Do you offer replacement guarantees if things don’t work out?
Absolutely! We do expect candidates we have sourced to be very well matched to the roles. Babantle does however guarantee to provide you with an alternative candidate for the same position if the original candidate departs or is dismissed within 3 months

The margin varies according to the temp pay rate and also the length and type of assignment.

Is Babantle flexible on their fee agreements?
Yes we can be flexible. Especially, if the employer anticipates hiring needs of 10 or more people in a year and they offer us exclusivity to fill their positions. In that case, the employer may want to look at the retainer search option.
