Lebo Ledwaba
Chief Executive Officer: Recruitment and Human Resources
Lebo brings a wealth of experience across a diverse range of industries including: in Automotive, FMCG, Logistics, Finance, Aviation and Market Research. Working directly with and for senior leadership teams, she has designed and implemented recruiting/hiring/onboarding strategies, benefit programs and effective recognition programs, together with managing compliance issues, payroll and defending legal action.
Lebo earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource. She holds certifications HR Hiring Practices, ABET Basic Education and N5 mechanical engineering.
She is passionate about the field of human resources and thrives on the rapid pace in which laws and regulations change; she firmly believes that as long as things continue to change, success is inevitable.
