Duties:

• All the activities carried out on an equipment in terms of proper installation, good servicing, routine checks, repairs and replacement of faulty parts in order for such equipment to operate at it maximum output throughout its useful life
• Ensure to install wiring of power supply and conduct newly installed equipment and machines
• Merger together wires in boxes with different specially developed connectors
• Ensure to resolve and rectify problems correctly prior to breakdowns occurrence
• Inspect periodically electrical equipment to assure it is operating correctly
• Ensure work facility fulfils all required safety and environmental needs
• Involve in audits of supply inventories along with bench stock to assure usage is constant with programmed work activities
• Co-ordinate climbing and digging permits
• Perform all multi-discipline duties related to electrical aspect
• Maintain equipment documents for every single equipment and review on every modification
• Attain detailed information of OSHA lock out tag out process and capability to record all internal paperwork
• Install new equipment and modify existing equipment
• Conducti scheduled preventive maintenance for every equipment in respective facility

Requirements:

• Must have at least Matric / Grade 12 / N3
• Electrical or mechatronics engineering or Millwright qualification or similar
• Millwright, Electrical, Mechatronics engineering, Trade (Red Seal) or similar
• Knowledge of technical Fanuc, Kawasaki, Siemens, Kuka or similar robots will be an added advantage
• Automotive Industry experience
• Software knowledge Allen Bradley, Rockwell Automation, Beck off
• Develop electronic circuit devices
• Monitor and program PLC systems
• Monitoring the operation of network systems for communication: INTERBUS, CONTROL NET, DEVICE NET and ETHERNET
• Ability to work in a team
