JOB DETAIL
- To encourage employees and employers to work towards the development of effective organisational practices
- Consultant and partner with Head of Human Resources in Labour and Industrial Relation matters
- Handling labour dispute between employee and company.
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures for labour relations throughout the Company
- Ensure compliance with laws / regulations.
- Communicates, distributes and implement changes to all employees
- Processes labour disputes/grievances in a proper and timely manner, develop complaint and investigation processes, guidelines, tools and templates
- Manage and control absenteeism on daily basis
- Submit IR Reports on a monthly basis to your reporting manager
- Conduct IR trainings to first line management
- Advise on the operation of industrial awards and agreements
- Maintain good relationships between employers and employees
- Represent company at CCMA and Bargaining council
