JOB DETAIL

  • To encourage employees and employers to work towards the development of effective organisational practices
  • Consultant and partner with Head of Human Resources in Labour and Industrial Relation matters
  • Handling labour dispute between employee and company.
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures for labour relations throughout the Company
  • Ensure compliance with laws / regulations.
  • Communicates, distributes and implement changes to all employees
  • Processes labour disputes/grievances in a proper and timely manner, develop complaint and investigation processes, guidelines, tools and templates
  • Manage and control absenteeism on daily basis
  • Submit IR Reports on a monthly basis to your reporting manager
  • Conduct IR trainings to first line management
  • Advise on the operation of industrial awards and agreements
  • Maintain good relationships between employers and employees
  • Represent company at CCMA and Bargaining council
