Purpose: With the supervision of the Data Analyst and R&A Lead, interpret data and turns it into actionable insights which can offer clients ways to improve their business, thus affecting their business decisions Requirements:

Microsoft office/365
Modelling Packages (Python, Tensor Flow, Scala ext.)
Data Pipeline Development (SQL, Data Factory, Azure Synapse)
Statistical Software Package (Statistica /SPSS, Orange)
Basic BI Packages (Advantageous)

Duties:

In collaboration with different teams support in:
- Statistical Analys (Significance Testing, T-test/Regression analysis/Reliability & Validity/Correspondence maps/Segmentation)
- Analysing and interpreting of qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and
- solutions
- Reporting of deliverables, contribute to insights gathering and in-depth insights &
- recommendations
- Model Development (Decision Trees, Neural Networks ext.)
- Industry knowledge to stay informed on current and emerging trends and developments and
- incorporate them into projects.
- Sample Design
- Research methodologies (Quantative & Qualitive) - optional
- Customer Experience Knowledge (Principles, CX Models ext.) - Optional
- Review storyline development - optional
- Principles of weighting (Data) - optional
Support the team in effective data management, analysis and reporting.
Support requests for proposals and applying fit-for-purpose Market Research proposals
Support the team to ensures resource and project effectiveness and profitability.
Support the team with analytical operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality.
Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, ICT, customer feedback).
Ensure that systems and processes are in place in the handling of data with integrity and in accordance with the relevant Acts and regulations.
Ensure that systems and processes are in place to transform data into actionable business insights.

Project Manager

Title: Project Manager Industry: Automotive Location: Pretoria Responsibilities & Duties

Guarantee the Implementation and utilization of the PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM in the Business Unit;
Participate on the GATE 0 (PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects assuring client milestones;
Issue and analyze request for quotations (RFQs) from approved suppliers to support production and pre-production requirements i.e. - components, process materials, packaging, component tooling, etc.;
Lead sourcing decisions: negotiate price, delivery and payment terms;
Initiate and monitor Supplier APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), Vendor production readiness review and Production Part
Approval Process (PPAP) submissions on new award programs;
Work with suppliers, managers, project teams to drive Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) and cost reductions;
Coordinate with all functional areas and responsible of BU in order to achieve all the KPI´s targets established for the projects;
Manage cost reductions, engineering changes and key supplier meetings/activities;
Actively participate and manage program planning and status meetings;
Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer related with technical and/or financial issues;
Track supplier capacity and loading as required

Education & Qualification

Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or Management;
MBA or advanced degree is a plus;
Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification is a plus.

Experience with customers in the stamped component and welded assembly market;
Methodical, organized and analytical
Good understanding of APQP and Stage Gate program management techniques;
Ability to successfully function in a matrix style of management, managing a variety of cross-functional team members.

PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

Introduction

To oversee the smooth running of the operation, manage factory staff and ensure good Health and Safety practices

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure smooth running of the production processes
Daily reporting to manager on operations
Daily checks on all equipment
Plan, implement, review, adjust and control the production schedule
Uphold the polices and standards of the company
Adhere to production timelines
Ensure maintenance and daily checking of machines and report any defects to Production Executive
Plan and manage preventative maintenance programs for machinery
Ensure that all relevant equipment is cleaned on a daily basis, using the correct cleaning method and chemicals
Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times
Ensure good housekeeping and that health and safety procedures are adhered to
Provide monthly reports of quality control, production numbers, safety, and other reports as needed
Effective supervision of factory staff
Ensure environmental pollution is kept to minimum
Ensure constant initiatives to reduce costs are embarked on
Ensure minimal disruption to operations
Order consumable stock items and ensure that there is a proper management of stock
Monthly stock control
Analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems
Ensure output meets quality standards at all times
Trouble shoot and problem fix when necessary
Review worker performance and identify training needs
Lead and coach Production team
Ensure orders are completed on time
Oversee dispatching of product to DC
Regular communication with Production Executive on production changes or uncertainty and deliveries
Operate the factory according to SHEQ standards
Perform any other reasonable duties that might be required from you from time to time

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12/ Matric is essential
Certification as a Millwright or equivalent is essential
Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
3- 5 Years previous working in a similar role and/or similar industry
Valid driver’s license is essential
PDP will be advantageous
Strong working knowledge of a factory environment
Supervisory experience is essential
Problem solving skills are essential
Must take initiative
Great time management skills
Wiling to work in a highly pressurised environment.
Willing to work irregular and overtime hours as and when required
